Golf Fitness Training

With our in house golf fitness trainer we provide suitable physical training for each golfer. The physical training is based on the golf swing and the golfer’s weak physical links. We use the latest scientific research and practical based training to maximise a golfer’s physical potential.

Golf fitness services:

  • 4fit golf – small group golf fitness training
  • Pro fit golf- one on one golf fitness training
  • Starter program- golf fitness screen, 4 week program and two one on one training sessions.
  • All of the above packages include a golf movement and physical screen.
