3 LESSON PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please remember, if you select/have selected a preferred date and time for your first lesson it is NOT guaranteed that the coach has that available. The office team and/or coach will reach out to you to confirm your start date.

All packages consist of 30 min lessons.

By buying a package and submitting this form you hereby agree to the terms and conditions below unless you reply to the confirmation email within 24 hours stating you wish to cancel.

VALIDITY: 3 lesson packages need to be taken within 5 weeks of purchase.

Packages are not refundable and not transferrable.

EXTENUATING VALIDITY SITUATIONS: Should you not be able to use your package (or part thereof) for reasons like injury or inclement weather (when the lesson is cancelled by the coach), any unused packages/lessons may be used up to 1 year after the purchase but can only be redeemed at the value of lessons that you initially paid for i.e. a R955 3-lesson package (R318.33/lesson) bought in 2025 may only be redeemable for 2 lessons from 1 Jan 2026 if the lesson rate has increased from R318.33/lesson.

GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift Vouchers redeemed for a package: When the voucher is produced it will reflect the amount and the recipient will need to pay the difference if the package they redeem it for is more than the amount. Cashback will not be given if the recipient redeems their voucher for an option of lesser value.

MISSED LESSONS & LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals will result in receiving only the remaining time of the lesson. It is advised you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the commencement of the golf lesson to warm up. Pure Motion Golf operates on a strict schedule and we are not always able to accommodate substitute lessons.

CANCELLATIONS At least 24 hours notice is required. If we do not receive the cancellation within the required notice period, the lesson shall be forfeited. We will however be reasonable in such circumstances.

DRESS CODE CLUB/RANGE RULES: It is club rules that all players are to wear closed shoes/takkies when attending lessons or playing at the club. T-shirts can be worn but no tracksuits

The Pure Motion Golf Academy reserves the right of admission and reserves the right to terminate its services at any time during the period of this agreement at the sole discretion of the Director of Golf.
